GO HAWKS!!!!!!

We watched the Hawkeyes play on New Years Day. Cole was so excited he made a banner to run around the house with to cheer them on. Gabbi's favorite saying the whole day was GO HAWKEYES. I think all of their extra cheering helped give the HAWKS their big win.

Sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's

While home for the holidays we got to have a sleepover at Grandma and Grandpa's house with our cousins Olivia and Andrew. We had lots of fun and it was late when we got to bed.

We made Grandma sleep on the coach and Grandpa retreated to his own bed.

Smith Family

Welcome to the Smith family blog. We are excited to have figured out how to create a blog. Cole is now 6 and was in my cousin Lindsay's wedding in May. He was so handsome and had lots of fun. He has also started go-kart racing so watch out the world of racing the next Indy 500 winner is in training. He started kindergarten this fall at Four Mile Elementary and is loving it. He has learned so much in just a few short months. He loves to write.

Gabbi is our fun little soon to be 2 yr. old. She is a little girly girl and loves to play with her dollies. She is beginning to talk quite a bit and loves the word NO and MAMMA. Who wouldn't love their momma. She really loves her big brother and follows him around everywhere he goes. She may grow up to be the first female Indy 500 winner. She also loves puppies but needless to say the only puppies around this house are going to be the stuffed one.

We hope that everyone has a nice Thanksgiving and that we get to see everyone soon.
